Jim has been involved in technology and the consulting business since he started JTBE LLC at the age of twelve. He has pioneered JTBE LLC and JTBE Consulting into the rapidly growing profitable businesses they are today. He was able to develop JTBE even while obtaining his Bachelors of Accounting Degree from the prestigious Miami University of Ohio, which at the time of his degree was Nationally Ranked as one of the Top 10 Accounting degree programs, along with a Minor in Computer Science. His astounding accomplishments and energy bring both value and vision to JTBE Consulting.

Brett Smith - Business Development Consulting
Brett is currently finishing his Dissertation at The University of Cincinnati, and has an extensive background in business development, and has also served as a professor of Marketing and currently a Professor of Entrepreneurship at Miami University of Ohio. Brett's Primary role at JTBE has been as an advisor and occasionally can be brought in on major projects.

Dan obtained his Bachelors Degree in Business Education from Robert Morris College, and is responsible for expansion into the Pittsburgh, PA area.
